Missing or broken items upon kit opening:
- At check-in student and educator verifies each product against the kit checklist; the student is to sign their checklist that all items are received.
- The School Director is to report any items as missing using the "Missing/Broken" tab above within 48 hours of the kit opening.
Defective items at or after kit opening:
- You may receive a UPS return label via email within 48 hours of entering your replacement order; UPS return labels you receive are required to be used within 14 business days to prevent charges for your order.
- Manufacturer warranties do not include: nicks in shear blades, misuse, or breakage caused by dropping.
